Technology is an ever-continuing process that requires examining data to ensure that business endeavors are maintaining current and accurate processes and products. Data analysis is a function of examining data in comparison with the environment in which the business must remain competitive. CHP Solutions, LLC continuously and consistently analyzes corporate data and methodologies to ensure that the company is in sync and oriented with business opportunities both current and planning for the future. CHP has completed analytical projects for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development, and Acquisition).
The final step in data analysis is to provide the ability to communicate the analysis finding to business executives and patterns accomplished by “data visualization” which includes the use of charts and other visual techniques. Some common verbiage in visualization analytics include the following:
- Data Mining – researching vast amounts of data to identify trends and patterns
- Predictive Analytics – research to identify client business approaches and future potential opportunities
- Big Data Analytics – data analysis that collects large amounts of data often containing unstructured data
- Text Mining – analyzing documents, solicitations, emails and other text-based documents
