Program Management Support
CHP provides program management support by the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. This is done by following project management principles as stated in the Project Management Body of Knowledge published and espoused by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Project management is accomplished through the application and integration of project management processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing out projects. CHP follows the PMI framework for all projects, simple to complex, to ensure project success. Scope, time and cost are constantly balanced throughout the life of projects.
One of CHP partners has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ensures all projects are managed and completed using the PMI project management standards, this process includes all CHP subcontractors.
CHP has successfully provided program management support to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research Development & Acquisition, Department of Veterans Affairs and National Cemetery Administration.

- Manages an ID/IQ for the National Cemetery Administration trash pick-up services. Currently, 10 cemeteries are under management for trash management
