Strategic Training is costly to maintain current levels of knowledge from corporate executives to the task-oriented employees but it is even more costly if training is ignored. A business should have a Strategic Plan and an extremely important part of that Plan is Strategic Training. Strategic Training is the vehicle which prevents being in business without consideration for the future, growth, technologic improvements and company growth.
