The company’s two principal owners are retired U.S. Navy Captains with over 100 combined years of Navy, government and private sector experience.

With a wide range of expertise ranging from engineering, acquisition, financial management, construction project management, strategic gaming,  analytical analysis and procurement support, we are prepared to deliver quality, integrated solutions at the highest standard.  If you have a need in one or more of our areas of specialty, whether we lead the project or you do, we will support you and we will do it with efficiency, pride and integrity.
